Client Retention is a big part of building an effective salon business. The new Client Retention Report allows you to effectively keep an eye on which of your clients are rebooking and those that aren’t. It gives you an opportunity to market to those who haven’t rebooked via SMS or email at a click of a button. The report also allows you to filter the information using a number of parameters to give you a more detailed look at what’s happening. For example, you can check the rebook rate for an individual operator. This can form part of the operator’s performance review and much more. Check it out.
